Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2025

At Dent Inn Dental, we aim to provide transparent and fair payment and refund processes for our patients.

1. Advance Payments

Advance payments for consultations, diagnostics, or treatments are accepted to confirm appointments. These payments are eligible for full or partial refunds as per the cancellation guidelines.

2. Cancellation-Based Refunds

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or credit toward a future appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: INR 500 or 50% of the service fee (whichever is lower) may be deducted.

  • No-Show without prior notice: INR 500 or 50% of the service fee (whichever is lower) will be deducted, and advance payment may be forfeited.

3. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to provider unavailability or equipment issues:

  • A full refund will be processed, or

  • A rescheduled appointment will be offered at your convenience.

4. Treatment Completion

No refunds will be provided for treatments or services that have been fully or partially delivered, unless there was a service error on the clinic’s part.

5. Prepaid Treatment Packages

For prepaid plans:

  • A pro-rata refund will be calculated for unused services.

  • Applicable cancellation fees may be deducted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of verified emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement), cancellation or no-show fees may be waived at our discretion. Valid documentation may be required.

7. Processing Time

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after determining eligibility.
