At Dent Inn Dental, we aim to provide transparent and fair payment and refund processes for our patients.
Advance payments for consultations, diagnostics, or treatments are accepted to confirm appointments. These payments are eligible for full or partial refunds as per the cancellation guidelines.
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to provider unavailability or equipment issues:
No refunds will be provided for treatments or services that have been fully or partially delivered, unless there was a service error on the clinic’s part.
For prepaid plans:
In cases of verified emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement), cancellation or no-show fees may be waived at our discretion. Valid documentation may be required.
Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after determining eligibility.
